About the Role
You will lead new enterprise acquisition for our client — identify, engage and convert large enterprise clients, open opportunities across new industry verticals and drive strategic partnerships. This is a pure hunting role: you’ll build the pipeline, close deals, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
✔ End-to-end enterprise acquisition (pure hunting role)
✔ Build & manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline
✔ Develop GTM strategies for new industry segments and use-cases
✔ Engage with CXOs, VPs and senior stakeholders to drive buy-in
✔ Understand client challenges and pitch high-impact fintech solutions
✔ Coordinate with Marketing, Product & Customer Success for deal enablement
✔ Provide accurate forecasts, win-loss insights and market feedback to leadership
Ideal Candidate
• 3–5+ years experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales (hunting roles preferred)
• Proven track record closing large deals and engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to build long-term strategic partnerships and enterprise GTM plays
• Comfortable working in fast-growing tech/startup environments
