About the Role
:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead new enterprise acquisition for our client,
You will identify, engage, and convert large enterprise clients and open opportunities across new industries.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end enterprise acquisition (pure hunting role)
✔ Build & manage a strong sales pipeline
✔ Develop GTM strategies for new industry segments
✔ Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders
✔ Understand client challenges & pitch high-impact solutions
✔ Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Customer Success teams
✔ Provide accurate forecasts & market insights to leadership

Ideal Candidate:
🔸 3 to 5+ years experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales
🔸 Strong exposure to hunting roles
🔸 Excellent communication & negotiation skills
🔸 Experience pitching to CXOs and large organizations
🔸 Ability to build strategic long-term partnerships
🔸 Comfortable working in fast-growing tech/startup environments
