Key Responsibilities
1. Build and lead a collaborative team culture where individuals are accountable for achieving shared goals
2. Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as government regulations
3. Negotiate with suppliers and customers to improve overall supply chain efficiency
4. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations
5. Monitor quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery timelines, and transportation costs
6. Organize warehouse operations, optimize routes, and manage shipment processes
7. Conduct environmental audits related to logistics and operational activities
8. Drive team motivation and performance to consistently exceed customer expectations
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
2. Strong skills in data maintenance, reporting, and documentation
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
