We’re Hiring | Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale operations for a fast-growing organization in the consumer / services / B2B domain.
This is a leadership role for someone who can drive execution, improve processes, and work closely with founders and senior stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business operations and execution
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and scalability
Work closely with leadership on strategy, growth, and expansion plans
Manage cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure delivery against targets
Build strong processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Ideal Profile:
10+ years of experience in operations / business leadership
Strong background in scaling businesses and managing large teams
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
